We also use Carrd’s integrated basic analytics to monitor visitor numbers and traffic trends. These analytics do not use cookies or tracking technologies; only aggregated data (such as total page views and referrers) are available to us. While technical data such as IP addresses are processed temporarily on Carrd’s servers to provide this service, they are not accessible to us in identifiable form.

For applications, we use forms provided by Fillout (Fillout, Inc.). When you submit a form, your entries and technical metadata (such as submission time) are processed by Fillout and transmitted to us. Depending on configuration, Fillout may use necessary cookies (e.g., for spam protection). If you open the form on Fillout’s own domain (redirect), cookie handling and privacy information are provided directly by Fillout. Form submissions are further processed using Make (Celonis SE / Make.com), an automation platform that enables us to handle form data (e.g., sending confirmations or notifications). Contact form and form submissions via Fillout and Make are processed based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in secure, stable, and efficient website operation and to handle your inquiries. Payment data and any form submissions necessary to enter into a service contract are processed as necessary to fulfill a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

1. Scope and Formation of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between True-Darling Matrimony (hereinafter, “Provider”) and the Customer in connection with the matchmaking and other services offered through this website.

A binding contract between the Provider and the Customer is formed only when the Provider confirms acceptance of the Customer’s online application in writing or electronically, the Customer reconfirms the data contained in that acceptance by returning a confirmation e-mail to the Provider, and the Customer expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Right of Withdrawal Policy by ticking the relevant checkbox.

Until these steps are completed, the Customer’s registration and application remain non-binding. Once the contract has been validly formed, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. From that point onward, the Customer is obliged to pay the fees set out under section 2 below via the available payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, or German payment systems such as Sofortüberweisung). The Provider will not begin providing services until full payment has been received. Exceptions are occasional free offers, which do not require monetary compensation.

2. Services, Duration, and Fees

The Provider offers matchmaking services under different plans. You can revoke your inclusion into the profile database at any time or object to it at the outset. Note that before actual contact between two clients in person or via online means can be established, both have to agree to it and confirm interest. All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of VAT. Prices in Thai Baht displayed on the Thai subdomain are regional prices intended for customers residing in Thailand and other ASEAN countries. These prices apply only to customers who reside in Thailand or other ASEAN countries and make payment using payment methods available in their respective country. All other customers are subject to the prices displayed on the international websites.

Extra Lite — 498.50 ฿ (one-time fee)

Service duration: unlimited. This plan provides permanent inclusion in our profile database, ensuring unlimited potential contact inquiries from other clients who may choose you because of your lasting visibility. You may browse our profile database but cannot contact clients directly. Each profile is carefully reviewed to ensure compatibility and quality. For safety and authenticity, we verify each client’s identity and require a certificate of good conduct, ensuring that all participants can use the service with confidence and trust.

Lite — 998.50 ฿ (one-time fee)

Service duration: one month. This plan allows you to either select one partner from our profile database or receive one suggested match based on our personalized selection and matchmaking process. You may freely explore the profile database to find a suitable match and initiate contact. Your profile will be permanently included in our profile database, enabling you to receive potentially unlimited contact inquiries from other clients who may choose you due to your lasting visibility. To ensure compatibility and quality, all profiles are carefully reviewed, every client’s identity is verified, and all participants submit a certificate of good conduct, creating a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone using our services.

Standard — 1,698.50 ฿ (one-time fee)

Service duration: one month. This plan allows you to either select one partner from our profile database or receive one suggested match based on our personalized selection and matchmaking process. You may freely explore the profile database to find a suitable match and initiate contact. Your profile will be permanently included in our profile database, enabling you to receive unlimited contact inquiries from other clients who may choose you due to your lasting visibility. Personal support is available weekly via voice call or e-mail for general questions about your matchmaking experience or for mediation between you and your match. To ensure compatibility, quality, and safety, all profiles are carefully reviewed, each client’s identity is verified, and a certificate of good conduct is required from every participant, creating a secure and trustworthy matchmaking environment for all.

Premium — 2,998.50 ฿ (one-time fee)

Service duration: one month. This plan allows you to freely explore our profile database, find suitable matches, and initiate contact with other clients without limitation. Upon request, we can also suggest one candidate based on our personalized selection and matchmaking process. Your profile will remain permanently included in our profile database, allowing you to receive unlimited contact inquiries from other clients who may choose you because of your lasting visibility. We provide ongoing personal support, enabling you to contact us weekly via voice call or e-mail for general questions about your matchmaking experience or for mediation between you and your match. To ensure quality, compatibility, and safety, all profiles are carefully reviewed, every client’s identity is personally verified, and each participant must submit a certificate of good conduct, ensuring a trustworthy and secure matchmaking environment for all.

3. Liability

The Provider does not guarantee that a successful match or partnership will result from the services. Matches are based on the information provided by the customer, which cannot be fully verified.

In the event of a legal dispute — including but not limited to late payment, unlawful chargebacks, or breach of contract — the losing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable legal and administrative costs incurred in enforcing or defending the contract.

This may include documented time spent by the prevailing party, charged at 50 € per hour, provided the time is reasonably connected to the dispute. This provision applies equally to both parties. For consumer contracts, this clause shall apply only to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law.

4. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Final Provisions

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered office. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You (hereinafter, “Customer”) have the right to withdraw from the contract that has been formed between True-Darling Matrimony (hereinafter, “Provider”) and the Customer, within 14 days and without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

2. To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Provider will refund all payments received from the Customer, without delay and at the latest within 14 days after receiving the Customer's withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method the Customer originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Contract Formation and Expiry of Right of Withdrawal

A binding contract between the Provider and the Customer is formed only when all of the following conditions are met:

• — The Provider confirms acceptance of the Customer’s online application in writing or electronically.
• — The Customer reconfirms the data contained in that acceptance by returning a confirmation e-mail to the Provider.
• — The Customer expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Right of Withdrawal Policy by ticking the relevant checkbox.

Until these steps are completed, the Customer’s registration and application remain non-binding. Once the contract has been validly formed, the statutory right of withdrawal as outlined above does not apply. From that point onward, the Customer is obliged to pay the respective fees to the Provider as set out in section 2 of the Terms and Conditions, via the available payment methods (Stripe, PayPal, or German payment systems such as Sofortüberweisung).
